Due to the health crisis, the Château de la Treyne is closed until further notice.
Dear Guests,
In accordance with Government guidelines for the protection of Public Health, Château de la Treyne will remain closed until further notice.
Nevertheless, we will continue to answer all your requests by e-mail.
If you wish to cancel or postpone your stay, we propose, in application of Order 2020-315 of 25 March 2020, to transform the deposit paid into a credit note.
This credit note guarantees you a service identical to the one that is the subject of your reservation, at an equivalent price throughout its 18-month period of validity.
If you are unable to use this credit note, we guarantee you a refund at the end of this period.
The Order stipulates that when this credit note is offered, the customer may not request reimbursement of payments made.
Your health safety and that of our employees remains our priority.
This is why we cannot yet give you a reopening date.
However, for the moment, our Occitanie Region remains the least affected by COVID-19.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you in the Dordogne valley to discover our beautiful preserved nature and its producers who make our land one of the richest in France.
